Hello, I’m Jenny. Thanks for visiting me. You may already have an inkling that I am a cat-lover. The name is a tribute to Sanrio creation ’Hello Kitty’ the friendly white kitty with a head larger than her body, small button eyes and nose, but importantly, no mouth. When I have free time I like to play classical music, travel and chat for hours with friends over, about and around the subject of food. I love to eat, especially Chinese cuisine. Since living independently, I have really enjoyed creating Chinese dishes, starting off by perfecting my favourite ones, of course. From time to time you will see pictures of the food I’ve made and judge for yourself! I also like networking but have a love/hate relationship with technology.
